Autumn at Madame Sherri's Staircase
To create this digital artwork, I used one of my photographs of a popular hiking trail in New Hampshire. This is Madame Sherri's Staircase. She was a woman ahead of her time. Her house was bunt down decades ago, and all that remained was the stone foundation and this outdoor staircase that went up to a flat rooftop, where she would greet her party guests. The arch has fallen since this picture was taken, several years ago. I used PhotoShop filters to give the picture an illustrated and textured look.
